My career spans hands-on software engineering, technical advisory and business leadership, underpinned by more than two decades of coding experience. From 2010 to 2024, my independent engineering and consulting work included technical architecture, fractional executive support and strategic planning for startups moving from early investment towards scale-up, often alongside my primary employment.

Before Forcite, I served as Senior Director of Marketing at VOZZ Helmets, leading a small creative team and working with executive management and the board to align brand, product and marketing strategy with business goals. I also provided technical advisory and data analysis for Helmet Collective, helping plan business systems and prepare e-commerce data ahead of its launch.

Forcite and GoPro are the more recent chapters of that career. I joined Forcite in 2018, bringing that engineering and commercial experience to its mobile apps, backend services and connected helmet systems. Across lead development, engineering management and CTO roles, my work combined hands-on delivery with technical strategy and leadership across software, firmware and electrical engineering.

Following Forcite's acquisition, I continued at GoPro, where my focus is software engineering leadership and product delivery, with deep involvement in firmware and contributions to electrical engineering decisions.
